University of Miami star athletes Carson Beck and Hanna Cavinder recently reported multiple luxury vehicles stolen overnight.

The thefts were first reported Thursday morning by Fox News’ Andy Slater. According to Slater, Beck two cars stolen while Cavinder — his girlfriend — had one. Cavinder’s vehicle was eventually found, but Carson’s Mercedes and Lamborghini were still accounted for at the time of writing.

Beck was the starting quarterback for the Georgia Bulldogs throughout the 2024-25 season. After that campaign ended with a lopsided loss to Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff, Beck chose to transfer to Miami — where Cavinder and her twin sister Haley play for the basketball team. Beck was was reportedly offered $3 million to make the transfer.

The thefts are just the latest in a string of high-profile robberies involving athletes. Over the last few months, a handful of professional athletes — including NFL stars Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow — had their homes burglarized while they were away at games.

Authorities charged seven men in connection to the nationwide crime spree. The men, all from Chile, were allegedly part of a South American theft group. In total, they were accused of stealing more than $2 million in cash, jewelry and other valuables.
