A Change At #1 – Sean Hannity Wins Demo Wednesday Night

• His “The Valley Hope Forgot” special is tonight, but last night Sean Hannity had his highest ratings of the year in the A25-54 demographic. The 9pmET FNC show passed 1 million demo viewers for the first time in 2009, and was the top program on cable news. Bill O’Reilly had the top show in total viewers.

• O’Reilly had his highest demo of the year last night, with 1,137,000 viewers.

• FNC’s prime time average more than 1 million viewers in the demo – the first time this has happened for a non-news even in 2009. It also means the network had more demo viewers in prime time than CNN and MSNBC had in total viewers.

• The top non-FNC show last night was Keith Olbermann‘s program at 8pmET on MSNBC in both categories.
