Biden: ‘We All Make a Mistake’ If We Don’t Take Trump Seriously

In an interview today, Vice President Joe Biden said that people can dismiss Donald Trump at their own peril.

Biden spoke with KDKA and said, “He has beaten the odds, he’s surprised everybody. I think we all make a mistake if we don’t take him seriously.”

He especially warned about how Trump could “pivot” and bring on some serious policy people to help bolster his standing on issues of substance.

Biden also recommended that all candidates looking at VP options think about someone who can act like a “junior partner” and get things done that the president cannot deal with when they already have a full plate.
