Another House Democrat has come forward offering criticism of members of his own party following the deal today to end the shutdown.
According to CNN, during a closed-door meeting today Richmond expressed some frustration with Senate Democrats “getting their butts kicked”:

Wolf Blitzer asked Richmond if he did indeed say that.
“I’m not sure of the exact words,” he said, “but the sentiment that we did a poor job in messaging is correct. I think that we just failed to let the American people know exactly what’s going on here.”
