Donald Trump Campaign Manager Says He Has a Plan to ‘Defeat Islam’

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump‘s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said on MSNBC Tuesday that her boss has a plan to “defeat Islam.”

“He also is giving plans. He gave a ten-point Veterans Administration reform plan, five-point plan to defeat Islam, four-point plan for middle class relief. Yesterday is his multi-point plan to ‘drain the swamp,’” Conway said.

In actuality, Trump has put out a plan for defeating “radical Islamic terrorism,” and not the entire 2 billion people-strong religion.

UPDATE (1:56 PM): In an email to The Daily Beast, Conway clarified she was talking about radical Islam and blamed “sleep deprivation” for the slip-up.
