Donald Trump Tells Piers Morgan That Michele Bachmann Is ‘Highly Underrated’

Despite having announced that he will, in fact, not be campaigning for the Republican nomination, Donald Trump is still keeping an eye on potential GOP candidates. He called in to Piers Morgan‘s CNN show to give his assessment of the front-runners thus far and took the opportunity to praise none other than Michele Bachmann, calling the Congresswoman a “terrific person” in addition to being a “highly underrated” candidate — as is, he mentioned, a certain other Republican woman of whom Trump is quite fond.

Trump, ever humble, also noted that Bachmann paid him a visit while in New York (Over several forkfuls of pizza, perhaps?) and that “everyone” is asking for his endorsement.
