Fox Tops Total Viewership for Tuesday Primary Coverage; CNN Leads in Demo
Fox News lead the major news networks with the most-watched coverage of Tuesday night’s primaries — so called “Super Tuesday 2.”
The network’s coverage, anchored by Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly, drew 3.668 million total viewers for the 8pm-11pm block and 875K in the 25-54 age demographic.
CNN drew 2.680 million total viewers, and lead in demo with 942K during the same time frame.
Super Tuesday 2 included both parties’ primaries in the crucial states of Michigan and Mississippi, as well as Republican primaries in Idaho and Hawaii.
