Greg Gutfeld Says Jews Calling For a Ceasefire ‘Don’t Have a Say’ Because They Weren’t ‘Affected’ By Hamas Attack
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld lashed out at Jewish protesters calling for a ceasefire in Gaza on Wednesday, arguing they “don’t have a say.”
“This isn’t pickleball, it’s war. I mean, it’s like these are not two sides with equal merit and equal dishonor. It’s terrorists versus Israel,” declared Gutfeld on Fox News’ The Five, before adding:
Enough with the ceasefire talk. We had a ceasefire. It was on October 6th. You know, you can’t break a ceasefire, wage war, and then call a ceasefire. The era of the free punch is over, Israel has decided, we have decided. So, it’s not your choice anymore, protesters. I mean, Jewish protesters calling for a ceasefire is like the typical leftist pleading not to arrest their mugger because he had a bad childhood. It’s not going to work. You don’t have a say over the justice that will be enacted because you weren’t the one affected by it.
Hundreds of protesters associated with the organization Jewish Voice for Peace protested the ongoing Israeli airstrikes in Gaza at Capitol Hill on Wednesday, wearing t-shirts that read, “Jews say ceasefire now” and “Not in our name.”
At least 300 protesters were reportedly arrested after they held up banners that read, “Ceasefire” and “Let Gaza Live.”
In a statement, Capitol Police said, “We warned the protestors to stop demonstrating and when they did not comply we began arresting them.”
