Karoline Leavitt Savages ‘Bitter’ Karine Jean-Pierre for Reviving Hillary Clinton MAGA Putdown Against Her

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt fired back at former President Joe Biden’s ex-press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre late Tuesday accusing her of lying “every day” from the White House podium and being “bitter” in the wake of her new memoir’s release.

The White House spox joined Fox News’ Jesse Watters Primetime after Jean-Pierre revived one of Hillary Clinton’s old MAGA putdowns during a book tour appearance on The View.

After calling Leavitt a “deplorable”, Jean-Pierre said, “I’m using that word on purpose. Because they don’t seem to understand, this is the Trump White House, that they don’t work for just one man. They work for the American people.”

Criticizing Leavitt for texting a HuffPost reporter a “your mom” joke, she said the role is “not about doing online trolling” and the job should be treated as “an honor and a privilege.”

Asked by host Jesse Watters for her response on Tuesday, Leavitt slammed Jean-Pierre.

“With all due respect to my predecessor, she is one of the main culprits of the greatest cover-up and scandals in American history,” Leavitt said. “She took the podium every day and lied to the press about the incompetence of her boss. And on this book tour, she continues to lie.”

Leavitt accused Jean-Pierre and other Biden staffers of “gaslighting” the public over the president’s health, saying they maintained he was “mentally stable and up for the job” despite “concerns behind closed doors.”

Jean-Pierre insists in her book that she “saw no such decline” in Biden’s cognitive abilities, writing that she was “technically a part of the president’s inner circle and saw Biden every day.”

Leavitt dismissed that as spin: “I’m very proud to work for the greatest president in history. I know Karine unfortunately worked for the most incompetent president in history. So I guess she has a reason to be bitter. But being bitter will not sell your books.”
