The View Bashes GOP Sen. Inhofe’s ‘Moronic’ Snowball Stunt

The ladies of The View, especially former GOP consultant Nicolle Wallace, are not amused by one Republican senator’s antics in dismissing the idea of man-made climate change.

During a Senate floor speech on Friday, Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) threw a snowball to make a point about his rejection of anthropogenic climate change.

While her liberal co-hosts ran through a gaggle of insults for Inhofe — “stupid,” “lack of knowledge,” etc. — former McCain adviser Wallace had perhaps the strongest scolding for Inhofe [emphasis added]:

The weather is changing…. It’s terrible for the Republican Party to look like we can’t acknowledge reality. It is perfectly fine to say that as a party we’re not going to hamstring our economy to do something here in America unless we require India and China and every country on the planet do the same thing. That’s fine, that’s good politics, good policy. But it is moronic to throw snow in the Capitol and say, I don’t know, I don’t think anything is changing.
