WATCH LIVE: Ted Cruz Holds Filibuster to Defund Obamacare

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) began what he said would be a talking filibuster to argue against the Affordable Care Act during the Senate debate on the bill the fund the government through the end of the year. “I intend to speak in support of defunding Obamacare until I am no longer able to stand,” Cruz told his fellow senators.
