The driver is currently in police custody and undergoing tests for drugs and alcohol to determine whether she was under the influence. Roughly seven of the victims are critically injured, and one witness told NBC News “there are many ambulances on both sites”––Planet Hollywood (where the Miss Universe pageant was taking place tonight) and the Paris Hotel.
