Trump Orders Homeland Security to ‘Step Up’ ‘Extreme Vetting’ After NYC Attack

Hours after the New York City terror attack today that left 8 dead and more injured, President Trump tweeted about “extreme vetting.”

The President said on Twitter that he’s ordered DHS to “step up our already Extreme Vetting Program,” while also mentioning political correctness:

I have just ordered Homeland Security to step up our already Extreme Vetting Program. Being politically correct is fine, but not for this!
