Author Claims Caitlyn Jenner Regretting Sex Change, May Transition Back to a Man (UPDATED)

According to an upcoming biography of the Kardashian clan, reality star and former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner has told friends she regrets her sex change and may transition back to a man.

“One source confirmed to me Caitlyn has made whispers of ‘sex change regret,’ hinting she might go back to being Bruce Jenner,” author Ian Halperin told The Wrap.

“It hasn’t been easy for Caitlyn, it’s been very hard,” another friend told Halperin. “She’s thrilled she has raised awareness about how transgender people have long been discriminated against but I think there’s a chance she’ll de-transition in the next couple years. I don’t think it would surprise anybody in her inner circle.”

“Based on his research, Halperin believes that Jenner will de-transition in the next couple of years,” The Wrap reports. Supposedly, one of the driving forces behind the “detransition” would be that Jenner is still interested in women: “She’s still into women and wants to meet the right one.”

UPDATE – 11:34 A.M. EST Jenner’s representatives have issued statements to the media, saying that Jenner has no regrets about her transition.

Gossip Cop reported that her spokesman called the whisperings the “dumbest statement of the day,” that it was “not worth commenting on such an idiotic report.”
