Bill O’Reilly Chuckles at Man Being Dragged From United Flight: ‘I Shouldn’t be Laughing’

Bill O’Reilly couldn’t contain his amusement on last night’s episode of The O’Reilly Factor after watching footage of airport police officers beat and drag a man off an overbooked United Airlines flight.

“I shouldn’t be laughing,” he says after footage of the screaming man being dragged away concluded, before noting that the situation was “just so bizarre.”

For anyone who missed it, the news cycle yesterday was completely hijacked by the story of an anonymous doctor who was forcibly removed from a United Airlines flight from Chicago to Louisville, KY. The story dominated the Internet and even made international headlines.

In a statement, United CEO — and one time “Communicator of the Year” — Oscar Munoz apologized for the need to “re-accommodate” the passenger but was otherwise surprisingly unwilling to admit much fault in the way of United’s behavior.
