#BlackLivesMatter Protesters Interrupt O’Malley’s Baltimore Rally
The guitar-strumming former Governor of Maryland, Martin O’Malley, announced his bid for the Democratic nomination for the 2016 presidential election on Saturday morning.
The ex-Mayor of Baltimore did so with a rally held in the recently troubled city — a move that provided just the opportunity #BlackLivesMatter protesters needed to draw attention to the city’s recent riots.
