BREAKING: Health Care Vote Postponed, Trump Reportedly Asked Paul Ryan to Pull It

Despite what Sean Spicer had said earlier, the vote on the American Health Care Act was postponed at 3:30p.m. and according to multiple reports, President Trump asked Speaker Paul Ryan to pull it.
Trump himself spoke to Washington Post reporter Robert Costa in the minutes after the announcement:
President Trump just called me. Still on phone.

“I don’t blame Paul,” Trump tells me

And multiple reports are saying that Trump asked Ryan to pull it:
Speaker’s office confirms President Trump called Speaker Ryan at 3pm and asked him to pull the health care bill from the floor.

Speaker Paul Ryan is set to speak later this afternoon on the bill.
