BREAKING: Section of Denver Airport Evacuated Over Potential Security Threat
Part of the Denver International Airport has been evacuated over concerns this afternoon of a security threat, in the wake of a terrorist attack earlier today at the Brussels airport.
Traffic has been closed off on the west side of the terminal, according to The Denver Post, and the DIA is tweeting updates about the security incident:
DPD is evacuating a section of the main terminal on the west side between doors 600 and 610 to investigate a possible security threat

No vehicle traffic is being allowed on the west side of the terminal. East side remains open to passengers.

The threat has so far been unspecified.
UPDATE –– 6:47 pm EST: The Denver Police investigated some suspicious items and the terminal will be opened shortly:
