Conservative Twitter Slams Hillary for Criticizing NRA After Vegas Shooting: ‘Tone-Deaf Political Hack’
There are quite a few people on Twitter who are not impressed by Hillary Clinton’s statement in response to the mass shooting in Las Vegas Sunday night.
As news continues to come in about the shooting which left 58 people dead and more than 500 injured, Clinton appeared on Twitter to express her sympathies to the victims. Even though the former 2016 candidate said it was time to “put politics aside,” she urged people to stand up to the National Rifle Association as they petition the government to reduce regulation on the sales of gun silencers.
Our grief isn’t enough. We can and must put politics aside, stand up to the NRA, and work together to try to stop this from happening again.

The mass shooting has already prompted many calls around the country to restart the debate on gun control, though right-wing Twitter is not happy with Clinton politicizing a fresh tragedy:
