Cosby Sued by Another Accuser for Defamation

Bill Cosby is being sued by another one of the women accusing him of rape, this time for defamation. Tamara Green filed a suit in federal court today claiming that Cosby and his legal representatives have gone out of their way to defame and tarnish her character.

Back in 2005, Green claimed that Cosby had drugged and sexually assaulted her. Cosby’s lawyer at the time said that the allegations are “absolutely false.”

Green says between that and other comments about her after she gave interviews this year, Cosby’s legal team is trying to brand her as a liar and she’s suing over it.

Another Cosby accuser has filed suit against the comedian, claiming he sexually assaulted her in the Playboy Mansion when she was 15.
