GOP Rep. Says He’s ‘Deeply Concerned’ About Sessions as Attorney General

 

Most Republicans have openly welcomed the news that Donald Trump has picked Senator Jeff Sessions to be his appointment for Attorney General, but one Republican congressman is publicly expressing his concerned.

Justin Amash, one of the more libertarian Republicans in Congress, earlier praised the choice of Mike Pompeo for CIA director, despite their disagreements…

…but he went on to express concerns about Sessions for AG:

Amash did not publicly elaborate, but he did make it clear that he’s had issues with the two attorneys general who have served under the current president:
