Guard Shot at U.S. Census Bureau; Gunman Barricaded Inside

A guard was shot earlier tonight at the U.S. Census Bureau. He is being taken to the hospital, and the gunman is still reportedly barricaded inside the building.

Reporters on the scene tweeted what they saw and heard:

BREAKING: FBI tells me Census Bureau shooting situation is "over." There is no connection to terrorism. Suspect not barricaded in complex.
