It’s an original portrait by Illma Gore currently on display at Maddox Gallery in the West End of London featuring the frontrunner of the Republican party. The work of art, which has received bids of over $140,000 USD, is called ‘Make America Great Again’ and depicts real estate mogul Donald Trump. It has been been attracting local crowds with all the energy of the candidate’s actual political rallies here in the states.

One look at Gore’s masterpiece and perhaps you can tell why she has ruffled the feathers of lots of people. The daring artist from Los Angeles depicts the billionaire businessman with an awfully small set of hands:

The Guardian reports, “The LA-based artist has received thousands of death threats and travelled to the UK to escape the frenzy, agreeing to allow Mayfair to manage the sale of the controversial painting, now priced at £1m.” Gore also has received notices anonymously threatening lawsuits if she sells it, given the clear implications of the man it represents.

The artist has said that she will donate her share of the portrait’s sale to Safe Place for Youth, a California homeless shelter.
