‘Hot [Chocolate] Used to Be a Compliment’: Michael Reagan Offers Post-Mortem O’Reilly Defense

Michael Reagan saw nothing wrong with allegations that Bill O’Reilly called a colleague “hot chocolate.”

In fact, he thinks that’s just a common compliment that co-workers sling around at one another all the time. At least, that’s what this tweet would lead a reader to believe:

Of course, executives at Fox News saw things differently. Not long after the “hot chocolate” allegations came out, O’Reilly was fired. There were dozens of advertisers who pulled out of O’Reilly’s Fox News time slot, too, plus some in-person protests and a lot of fury online. Very few besides President Donald Trump offered excuses for the anchor.

There is more where that came from, too. Ronald Reagan‘s son stayed on the topic of workplace sexual harassment when it came time to shoot out his next tweet, blaming the women involved for presumably wearing clothing that, in his mind, justifies the abuse.

If women are going to wear low cut dresses that show cleavage don’t be harassed when we men look.Or shld we sue for sexual arousal?
