Limbaugh: Is the Secret Service ‘Being Told Not to Look?’
Rush Limbaugh doesn’t know what to make of all this Secret Service mess, and he wondered aloud on his show today if the reason they’re not looking is because they’re being told to look the other way.
He had some fun mocking the White House for the controversy before asking what could possibly be causing all these screw-ups. Limbaugh said, “The only way these kind of things could be missed is if they’re being told not to look, if they’re being told not to notice––and if that’s the case, what are they being told not to notice?”
In addition, Limbaugh was incensed by a New York Times report that he said seemed to imply Republican concerns about President Obama‘s life are an excuse to tout how incompetent they believe government to be. And Limbaugh asked: why can’t it be both genuine concern for the president’s life, regardless of party, and a way to point out the incompetence of government?
