Limbaugh: NY Times Got Hillary Emails So They Could ‘Pre-Spin’ Them
The New York Times has been at the forefront of the Hillary Clinton private email controversy from the beginning. The Times was first to break the initial story about her using private email, and before today’s big Benghazi email dump, the Times got an advance look with some details about Clinton’s Benghazi-related emails.
But Rush Limbaugh thinks they’re only doing it to “pre-spin” the emails. He argued that they are framing it in such a way that makes it look like Clinton was “trapped” and “hoodwinked” by people who are undermining her.
Limbaugh said the media at large is already going along with this narrative, and the Times continues with the “advance spinning” in the hope that people don’t notice anything potentially more damning.
