McMaster Laughs Off Report That He’s Out: ‘Everybody’s Going to Leave the White House Sometime’

Last night came reporting that President Trump decided to remove H.R. McMaster as his national security advisor. The White House quickly pushed back on the report and today Sarah Huckabee Sanders rather definitively said there are no imminent personnel changes.

Well, after the briefing today, ABC News White House Correspondent Tara Palmeri asked McMaster about that very reporting.

He said, “Sarah set it straight yesterday. Everybody’s going to leave the White House sometime.”

McMaster chuckled a bit and Palmeri asked, “And are you leaving sooner or later?”

He just said, “I’m doing my job.”
