Terry Crews Claims the Hollywood Exec He Accused of Sexual Assault is Tracking His Family

Actor and former NFL player Terry Crews claims his family is “being tracked and possibly bugged” by William Morris Enterprises after he came forward to accuse the agency’s founding partner of sexual misconduct.
“My assailant Adam Venit is the founding partner at @WME, a corporation worth over $8 billion. I believe my family is being tracked and possibly bugged,” tweeted Crews to start his four part thread alleging his accusations against Adam Venit triggered the firm to blacklist and stalk him.

I also believe @unclerush was asked to pressure me into dropping my case by @WME execs. Somehow they thought he was the “King of Black people”.
Someone hacked into the computer my son and I built together. I have to shut it down and replace the hard drive.

LAPD task force detectives let me know these people don’t play fair. There are a lot of secrets to protect, and they will do anything to keep them.
The town is compromised. But me, and my team, are not.
If I were to have a timely “accident” — you know where to look.

Retaliation in some form is expected- I would be naive to think otherwise…
But vulnerability and openness is actually my best protection.
I’m ready.

Crews initially came forward with his allegations against the high-level film executive after the flood of accusations came out against disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. While he did not name Venit at the time, he claimed an influential Hollywood celebrity “came over 2 me and groped my privates” while he was at a party.
“My wife n I were at a Hollywood function last year n a high level Hollywood executive came over 2 me and groped my privates,” tweeted Crews in October.
He has since gone to the Los Angeles Police Department and filed a report against Venit detailing the assault allegations. After going to authorities with this information, Crews told his Twitter followers that the police informed him that “these people don’t play fair.”
Since coming forward with the allegations a couple months ago, Crews has become a key figure in the #MeToo movement — even being featured in Time magazine’s Person of the Year 2017 story for his willingness to speak out.
