Twitter Goes Nuts Over Kimmel’s Health Care Monologue: ‘Jimmy Kimmel, Not a Fan of Graham-Cassidy’

 

During his opening monologue on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight, host Jimmy Kimmel took aim at the latest GOP attempt to repeal Obamacare — the Graham-Cassidy bill that is gathering Republican support in the Senate.

Kimmel especially went after Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), who came up with the so-called “Jimmy Kimmel test” following Kimmel’s emotional remarks in May about his infant son’s heart condition. Kimmel noted during tonight’s broadcast that even though Cassidy said his bill would contain certain provisions and protections, Graham-Cassidy did nothing of the sort, claiming the lawmaker lied to his face.

With video of the monologue making it online a couple of hours before the show aired, folks on Twitter got a head start on reacting to Kimmel’s evisceration of the bill and Cassidy.
