Twitter Smacks Down Trump For Maxine Waters Tweet: ‘WTF Are You Threatening Her?’
President Donald Trump tweeted Monday expressing, shall we say, displeasure with California Rep. Maxine Waters‘ suggestion that the public will continue to harass Trump officials in public.
“Be careful what you wish for, Max!” he tweeted ominously.
Twitter was outraged by this thinly veiled threat against Waters, and pointed out that the body of Trump’s tweet was not even wholly truthful:
