‘Give It Back, B*tch!’ Whoopi Goldberg Fumes At Kristi Noem Killing Her Puppy, Argues ‘Both Sides of the Aisle’ United In Outrage
South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem’s (R) admission that she shot and killed her “less than worthless” puppy, Cricket, had the hosts of The View hopping mad Monday.
Whoopi Goldberg began the segment calmly by claiming this issue has successfully united even the staunchest political rivals, “Both sides of the aisle do not agree on much right now, but they have been united in outrage over South Dakota’s governor, Kristi Noem’s, confession that she shot her 14-month-old puppy dog dead because she couldn’t train it.”
Goldberg then exploded, “Give it back, bitch! Give it back! Why you gonna kill it? She said it killed the neighbor’s chickens. She defended herself though. She claimed that it was tough decisions like this that happen on farms all the time, and that she followed the law, and she was being a responsible parent, dog owner, and neighbor.”
Sara Haines asked, “Which part was the parenting part?”
“I’m keeping this to myself. I’m going to let y’all talk about it,” Goldberg said.
Alyssa Farrah Griffin said, “If your dog is acting wrongly, it’s because you’re incompetent at training that dog. And I grew up — we had big dogs, and we had chickens, and the dog did once get a chicken. Whose fault was it? Mine, for not having the dog somewhere where he couldn’t get the chickens. But then what do you do? You train them!
“By the way, if you have really challenging dog, there are countless organizations to rehome them to somebody who loves the dog enough. I want justice for Cricket. It’s terrible.”
Sunny Hostin added, “You know, a sign of a sociopath is someone who kills animals. I’m not a clinician, but she killed her animal.”
Some pundits claimed that Noem’s admission in her new book may have taken her out of the running to be Donald Trump’s vice presidential running mate.
