‘Total Lack of Respect for Humanity’: Jessica Tarlov Slams Pro-Palestinian Group Wanting To Protest Inside D.C.’s Holocaust Museum

The co-hosts of Fox’s The Five strongly denounced the tactics of some pro-Palestinian groups who have been blocking highways and even wanting to protest at the U.S. Holocaust Museum.

“A new level of dark in all of this for me was this whole idea of this group wanting to hold a protest outside the D.C. Holocaust Museum,” said Charles Hurt.

“Inside,” Jessica Tarlov corrected him.

“Inside the D.C. Holocaust Museum? This is nuts!” Hurt said.

“It’s beyond nuts,” Tarlov said. “It’s one of the more uneducated movements I think that we’ve ever witnessed before. Total lack of respect for humanity, for history, for the national consciousness. Read the room, people!” Tarlov continued:

People are upset about this on both sides of it, but anyone who’s being thoughtful about it knows that the Holocaust Museum, here and in Israel —  hallowed ground. It’s sacred. Your life will be changed if you spend 5 minutes in either of those museums.

It’s appalling. What they are doing is also alienating Israelis, who are some of the most supportive people of the Palestinian cause. Gallup recorded the highest level of support…against a two-state solution…They used to be a lot more supportive of it and now they’re saying, “You know what? This is who you are, this is how you’re treating us.”

Tarlov then read from a harrowing article in Thursday’s The New York Times about how Hamas weaponized sexual violence on Oct. 7.

“That’s all this is about,” Tarlov continued. “It’s not about ‘free Palestine.’ The time for ‘free Palestine’ is when all of these hostages have been returned. We found out another American hostage was dead today. Her husband has also been murdered,” Tarlov said.

“Just hold it! Hold it for a second and wait until your people are returned. You’ll have a more amenable conversation out of it as well. But when people are sitting there and being bludgeoned and raped and killed by the day. And, no one wants to see this. They’re making a mockery of themselves, they’re making a mockery of this, and you’re emboldening Bibi Netanyahu.”
