Former President Donald Trump bashed a Charles Koch-funded organization after the group announced it would stop financially supporting Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign.

Americans for Prosperity Action, which is supported by the right wing billionaire Koch family, announced on Sunday it would stop providing financial support for Haley’s campaign one day after she lost her home state’s primary in South Carolina to Trump.

The group said that it would continue to promote and endorse Haley, but would no longer supply her campaign with cash. Trump won the in-state GOP primary last night within minutes of polls closing by over 20-points.

“She has made it clear that she will continue to fight and we wholeheartedly support her in this effort,” Americans For Prosperity CEO Emily Seidel wrote in an email obtained by Politico. “But given the challenges in the primary states ahead, we don’t believe any outside group can make a material difference to widen her path to victory.”

According to CNBC, billionaire Democratic donor Reid Hoffman has also stopped funding Haley’s presidential bid following her home state loss.

Trump took to his social media platform to gloat over the latest nail in the coffin for Haley’s campaign, referring to the former South Carolina governor as “birdbrain” once again, pleased over the decision but bashing the group anyway.

“AMERICAN’S FOR NO PROSPERITY JUST ANNOUNCED THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER SUPPORTING NIKKI ‘BRAINDEAD’ (BIRDBRAIN?) HALEY,” Trump wrote to his followers.

He added, “CHARLES KOCH AND HIS GROUP GOT PLAYED FOR SUCKERS RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING!”

According to Real Clear Politics, Trump holds a major lead over Haley in the Republican primary at a national level by a lead of 61.8%.
