Trump Tells Supporters Biden Became ‘Mentally Impaired’ But Harris Was ‘Born That Way’
Former President Donald Trump told his supporters that President Joe Biden became “mentally impaired” but Kamala Harris “was born that way.”
The GOP nominee and his allies have frequently questioned Biden’s cognitive abilities before and after he dropped out of the presidential election. On Saturday while speaking to supporters at an event in Wisconsin, Trump turned his attention to attacking Harris for being “mentally disabled.”
In the past, Trump has attacked opponents and reporters for physical and mental disabilities. Back in 2015 when Trump first started running for president, he faced criticism for mocking a disabled New York Times reporter who suffers from congenital join condition at a rally.
However, on Saturday Trump attacked Harris by alleging that she was born with a mental disability.

“Joe Biden became mentally impaired. Kamala was born that way,” Trump said as his supporters reacted with applauses and cheers. “She was born that way. And if you think about it only a mentally disabled person could have allowed this to happen to our country. Anybody would know this.”
