Huckabee Sanders: Trump Pledging $1 Million of Personal Money Towards Hurricane Relief

During today’s White House press briefing, Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that President Trump is pledging $1 million of his personal money to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.

She said to the reporters in the room that “he’d love some suggestions from the folks here” about where to give to.

When asked minutes later whether this would come from the President personally or from the Trump Foundation or Trump Organization, Huckabee Sanders relayed that the President said it would be “his personal money.”
