Tucker Carlson Weighs in on Protesters Outside His House: ‘It’s Totalitarian in Its Intent’

On Thursday, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson weighed in the protests that happened outside of his home Wednesday night.

Calling into his own show while on vacation, he said the protests were upsetting.

He also noted that the whole demonstration was “totalitarian in its intent.”

“What’s it like to find out that your wife is hiding in the pantry because people are threatening her? I mean, it’s upsetting,” Carlson said.

He added: “This has a chilling effect on people’s ability to speak and to think freely. That’s the point, it’s totalitarian in its intent and we should fight it… Our public conversation has been hijacked by extremists like this.”

Earlier today, reports surfaced that the D.C. police are opening an investigation into the protesters.
