Alec Baldwin Trolls Trump With a Russian ‘Make America Great Again’ Hat
Saturday Night Live might not be airing a new episode tonight, but that’s not stopping Alec Baldwin from using his weekend to mess with Donald Trump.
Baldwin and Trump have made their mutual dislike perfectly clear as the actor continues to mock and impersonate the president-elect on NBC. On Friday, Baldwin decided to smack Trump’s coziness with Vladimir Putin by wearing a Russian version of the mogul’s “Make America Great Again” hat.
A declassified intelligence report from Friday reads that multiple agencies have concluded that the Kremlin ordered a campaign to hack political networks and influence the election to Trump’s advantage. Trump had a briefing about this yesterday, after which, he said that Russia’s actions “had no effect on the outcome of the election.”
Earlier today, Trump seemed to blame the Democratic National Committee for being penetrable, and said that “only ‘stupid’ people, or fools” wouldn’t want a more positive relationship between America and Russia.
UPDATE: 8:24 p.m. EST Fox New’s Julie Roginsky took notice of Baldwin’s hat, and pointed out that something was incorrect about the Russian on it.
