‘As a Political Humorist…’: Fox’s Jesse Watters Addresses Outcry Over Chinatown Segment
Fox News’ Jesse Watters addressed the controversy over his Chinatown segment in two tweets this afternoon.
Watters’ segment was chock full of uncomfortable humor about Asian stereotypes that some on Twitter believed to be racist in nature.
Asian-American groups have already expressed outrage.
Here’s Watters’ response:
As a political humorist, the Chinatown segment was intended to be a light piece, as all Watters World segments are.
