Pat Sajak Clears Up Twitter Controversy…

If you saw Pat Sajak‘s tweet yesterday about how “global warming apologists are unpatriotic racists” and actually thought he was serious, I think a rather loud Nelson Muntz “ha ha” is warranted. Sajak was just trolling, and explained just that on Twitter today.

As most of you know, original Tweet was intended to parody the name-calling directed at climate skeptics. Hyperbole.

Sajak also said in a statement, “Of course I was joking. Just mocking the name-calling that is directed at global warming skeptics within and without the scientific community.”

Yep. Nothing but trolling.

But, of course, lots of sites picked up on the tweet and reported it as if it were actually Sajak’s true feelings, so the conservative media schadenfreude must be very strong today…
