I’m no techno know it all but if it was scanned via a copier, would the layers still show up? I’m asking because didn’t they go get a paper copy. My scanner can scan and create a pdf file. The only place I see layers are from when the pdf is created by Adobe itself or some other Adobe resident printer such as in Autocad. I await your expertise.

It was quickly explained that Adobe will create the layers with any document and it was proved numerous times on Youtube with contributors showing how known documents scanned by Adobe end up cut into layers as well.

Ignorance. This poster has made a drive by comment invoking Ryan as an evildoer while not offering his view on how we deal with the deficit and debt and what its going to do to our economy. One assumes that he supports Obama which appears to mean the deficit spending should simply continue to rise as a proportion of our total budget.

The US Constitituion designates age etc… requirements for public office, why is the FEC not verifying that all these so called “representatives” that run for office are meeting those requirements. When candidates file to run for office, they need to be presenting evidence of age, citizenship etc… Why are not John McCain’s, Sarah Palin’s and Biden’s birth certificates on file with the FEC??? Who is verifying the citizenship, etc… on all these office candidates, if not the FEC.
