Anderson Cooper appeared on the Bravo show Watch What Happens Live and was subjected to the age-old question of boxers or briefs? Rather than take a side in the partisan battle, Cooper proudly declared he wore both. NeNe Leakes, star of Bravo‘s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, was sitting next to Cooper and was dismayed to learn Cooper goes “marching around in briefs.”

Anderson was non-committal on a number of questions including one from a viewer during the After Show asking if he preferred “cuddling or making out”.

However, he was anxious to discuss his experience with the “highly sexualized” Bonobo chimps, one of which proceeded to have sex with a ball nine times while he was visiting them.

Something tells me it won’t be the last time. WWHL is not any sillier than “Regis & Kelly”. Speaking of Ripa, she phoned into the After Show to tell Leakes that she would consider trading Consuelos for Anderson, which surprised no one.

Most of the show focused on NeNe and the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” anyways. There wasn’t even a mention of Anderson’s new talk show.
