Rachelle Hruska, founder of the New York social site Guest of a Guest (and Gawker smack-down artist), followed up this weekend’s Sunday Styles profile with an appearance (her first ever!) on CNBC’s Overpayed and Underplayed to talk about….health care. But of course. That’s quite the 48 hour career arc.

In the wake of the recent scandal tying Ms Rachelle Hruska complicit in the propagation of the production of CW’s High Society, a ‘pay for play’ mechanism any respect she once had has certainly evaporated.

What makes someone a credible and respectful media identity goes beyond the ability to drink cosmopolitans and take photos of people (whom she charges) but the idea to provide ethics, integrity and disclosure.

It is sorely lacking in Ms Hruska’ s case.

The evidence is overwhelming.
