I think the more interesting part of the ratings on Monday was the big drop in Morning Joe and the big increase in Robin Meade’s show. Granted, she normally beats AM and MJ in the demo but now she’s way up there in Total Viewers as well. Did she take off her top on Mondays show?

No, she didn’t. I watched all morning…her top stayed on.

Its hard to believe that so much political power can be derived from an audience that is 1 percent of the population. I also can’t believe that advertisers are paying top dollar for 2 million sets of eyeballs. The White House and Democrats need to ignore Fox News, as their viewership is still quite small and no one outside of the 3 million loyal viewers thinks they are “fair and balanced”. Its plain to see to any sane thinking person that Fox News is the tool of the Republicans and conservatives.

Congrats to Beck! Eat more M and M’s Buddy!
Fox news is fair and balanced as they claim. Their opinion shows and commentary are just that, opinion and commentary and they are labeled as such. I hope that The White House continues its war, it shows the waste of time and our money that has been all too evident in this bogus administration.

David… if the rational is “don’t talk to FOX because their audience is only a small portion of the country” (a last ditch effort to deny FNC’s ratings strength), should they also stop talking to CNN and MSNBC? If FNC leads the rest of the pack, but only with a small percentage of total eyeballs… should all cable news end?

And for that matter… when you add up the first airings, and re-airs of their prime-time programs, they compete with the evening news on the broadcast networks, which only run once.

But by your logic… the White House should talk to football players and Spongebob Squarepants… that way they get the largest audience per appearance.
