Steve, you never mentioned Fox News. Is the fact that they kicked butt no longer news? You could have mentioned that O’Reilly’s 11PM replay easily beat the best the competition had to offer.

Given the general tone of a lot of the comments, I would hardly consider this a ‘family’ site.

MSNBC , Hire some middle age, unattractive, second rate Program Hosts !
Highlight a segment of each show, such as,
Phsyco Talk, or
The Worst Person in the World, or maybe
Let Me Finish, then,
bash your main competitor
90 percent of your program time with childish, name calling,
twisted, and obvious envious rants and phony putdowns! .. That should do it!
You can proclaim forevermore as your Advertising Theme !

Here there are major league players (FOX)
and minor league players (CNN, MSNBC, HLN).

Unlike baseball, these players ALL compete against each other. Except for a freaky catch, can you imagine ESPN doing half their baseball stories about how it took 10 innings for the Omaha Otters to beat the Des Moine Mudcats? Yet, that’s exactly what the majority of your stories are doing these days.

Whether Keith or Rachel, or Anderson gets an extra hundred viewers on any given night IS NOT NEWS!

When one of them challenges FOX, that will be newsworthy. If one of them passes FOX, that will be BIG news.
