Trump Slams ‘Fake News’ for Ignoring UN Vote on North Korea…Just as CNN Covers It
President Trump slammed the “fake news media” on Twitter for not covering the U.N. Security Council vote to impose new sanctions on North Korea… right at the exact time CNN was covering just that.
President Trump sent out this tweet at 4:15 pm ET:
The Fake News Media will not talk about the importance of the United Nations Security Council’s 15-0 vote in favor of sanctions on N. Korea!

At 4:15 pm ET, CNN was airing a report from Pentagon correspondent Barbara Starr on the reaction from North Korea to the Security Council vote (video above).
And in the subsequent segment, also about North Korea, Jake Tapper brought up the tweet at the start and said, “We have been talking about it. This is our second block talking about it.” (Video above.)
