WATCH: Tattooed $167M Powerball Winner Kicks Deputy in the Face During Violent Arrest — 2 Days After Winning Jackpot

New bodycam footage shows the shocking moment a Kentucky man who won a $167 million Powerball jackpot found himself in handcuffs and facing charges of assaulting a police officer after kicking a deputy in the face.

James Farthing had been celebrating his sudden windfall with his girlfriend, Jacqueline Fightmaster, at the TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida, when celebrations turned chaotic and deputies arrived on April 29 to break up a fight between Farthing and another man.

Body camera video shows Farthing being restrained before allegedly lashing out.

“He f*cking kicked me in the face, he’s f*cking going,” a Pinellas County deputy can be heard shouting. Police later noted swelling and redness under the deputy’s right eye.

The deputy, visibly furious, was also heard yelling “Motherf*cker!” after the scuffle.

Farthing attempted to run before being tackled to the ground, leaving blood streaked across the floor, according to the report. The Iowa man involved in the fight told authorities Farthing had struck him in the jaw and that he had been acting in self-defense.

“Save your f*cking sorries for later!” the deputy snapped after Farthing, bleeding, offered an apology.

Law&Crime reported that Farthing has pleaded not guilty to charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, simple battery, and resisting an officer without violence. Fightmaster, who told deputies “nothing” had happened, pleaded no contest to disorderly intoxication and was fined.

The Iowa man was not charged.
