Charlie Sheen Talks About His Own Bizarre Interview Comments: ‘Don’t Be Worried’

Fresh off an epic day of nearly nonstop interviews, Charlie Sheen again gets ten minutes of airtime on NBC’s TODAY, in which he’s asked by Jeff Rossen to, essentially, explain his behavior in all those interviews. “He’s saying warlock, he’s saying he has tiger’s blood, but when you watch yourself saying that, what do you say to yourself?” Sheen’s response? “Did they expect it to be a normal interview?”

For fans of the troubled sitcom star, Sheen urged them to relax: “Don’t be worried, don’t be worried,” Sheen told Rossen. “I am grandiose because I live a grandiose life; what’s wrong with that?”

In an indication there is trouble in Sheen’s “grandiose life,” his longtime publicist, Stan Rosenfield, threw in the towel late Monday, saying he cared for the actor, but couldn’t go forward. That led the New York Daily NewsRichard Huff and David Hinckley to write, “Charlie Sheen has lost his publicist and, some say, his mind.”
