Eric Bolling, Panelists Clash over MSNBC’s Harris-Perry: ‘Indecent and Classless’

The anger over MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry poking fun at Mitt Romney‘s adopted black grandson has not died down, with Fox’s Eric Bolling leading a heated Hannity panel on Thursday night over whether this is part of a pattern of crassness at the liberal network. And even Democrat Eboni Williams had to admit that Harris-Perry clearly went over the line, even considering how outrageous she can normally be.

Crystal Wright wasn’t surprised at all, bringing up the infamous tampon earrings, and charged that Harris-Perry’s apology wasn’t even sincere, she was just trying to “further promote her disgusting brand” in her follow-up tweets.

Bolling and Wright agreed that a conservative would have been pilloried for going anywhere near what Harris-Perry did, with Wright invoking Rush Limbaugh and Sandra Fluke as an example. Williams pushed back a bit against that comparison, but still agreed Harris-Perry made a “misguided attempt” at humor.
