O’Reilly: The FBI Should Investigate the Clinton Foundation

Bill O’Reilly argued tonight that the FBI needs to be looking into questions of impropriety surrounding the Clinton Foundation. He went after Bill and Hillary Clinton for “truth-evading” and said what the foundation did was “unethical, to say the least.”

“I’m not on a witch hunt,” O’Reilly said, “but there’s big money involved and foreign countries and a Secretary of State and a former president. The FBI can start that investigation tomorrow.”

He revealed that he formally submitted that question to the FBI.

A few segments later, O’Reilly kept talking about the issue, telling Charles Krauthammer that the FBI has a duty to investigate. They brought up how the feds went after Robert Menendez and Bob McDonnell and how there’s a “double standard” in who gets scrutinized.

O’Reilly declared that if the FBI doesn’t get involved, “that’s corrupt.” Krauthammer doubted they would investigate, because “they know where the direction comes from, they don’t want to cross their superiors.”
