Sarah Huckabee Sanders Calls ‘Rocket Man’ Name a ‘President Trump Original’

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders appeared on Fox & Friends this morning and discussed President Trump’s United Nations address.

Brian Kilmeade brought up the North Korea section in particular and then mentioned the “Rocket Man” nickname the President has given Kim Jong Un.

“Where did that come from?” he asked. “How did that resonate? What’s the reaction been with Steve Miller and others who are writing the speeches?”

Huckabee Sanders called the name “a President Trump original,” praising the President as a “master in branding.”

As for the less-than-positive media reception to that line, Huckabee Sanders said, “If the mainstream media thinks it’s bad, then it means most Americans probably like it.”
